This is a video of Katya, a young girl brought to camp this past summer by the Dept. of Social Services in Ivankiv. She came with the saddest face, rattiest clothes and heavy burdens. During her nearly two months staying at the camp in safety, this is how her life changed...
One of the ladies here this summer tried to teach Katya the song, "Jesus Loves Me," but discovered it was easier to teach her the words, "Jesus Loves Katya." A song which Katya sung over and over again as you will see in this video.
